The Layup is Kershaw's first assisted opening DuraLock knife. It's a full-sized pocket knife with snappy blade deployment facilitated by the flipper tab. To close the knife, simply pull the DuraLock to release the blade and fold it closed. The handle is a textured polymer with steel liners, keeping the knife grippy, lightweight, and sturdy.
